Unlike most home health agencies in New Jersey, we actually have our own in house home health aide training department. Affinity Care of NJ is a state approved Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) education provider. Our caregiver training goes above and well beyond state requirements. We encourage our Certified Home Health Aides to develop strong interpersonal relationships with our clients and teach them to be very good listeners and to be thoughtful and careful with every interaction. The result is happy, satisfied and loyal clients who regularly refer us to their friends and family.
Course Details
Our caregivers are highly qualified and are credentialed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing. They have been carefully screened and are insured and bonded to protect our patients.
