Our mission at Affinity Care of NJ is simple. We care for your loved ones as we would care for our own family members: every detail handled with utmost concern and attention, doing so with compassionate, friendly, well trained and carefully-supervised caregivers.

Our History

Affinity Care of NJ was founded in 2004. Our agency is accredited by the The Joint Commission and is licensed by the state of New Jersey. We are very involved with our community and regularly give back through charities such as ‘Sisters of Charity St Vincent” and others.

Our Caregivers

Our caregivers are highly qualified and are credentialed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing. They have been carefully screened, reference checked, FBI background checked and are insured and bonded to protect you. All of our caregivers undergo specialized training to handle the needs of aging seniors, including but not limited to:

• Memory impairment, disorientation and other dementia
• Limited mobility
• Special dietary requirements
• Planning assistance to ensure safety, security, independence and well being

Caregivers are employed by Affinity Care of NJ, so you never have to worry about paying state and Federal taxes, Workman’s Compensation or insurance. We take care of all that!

Payment Options

We accept Medicaid and private payment arrangements. We accept HMO long term care: Aetna, Amerigroup, Horizon, United health care and WellCare.

Our Training Program

Unlike most home health agencies in New Jersey, we actually have our own in house home health aide training department. Affinity Care of NJ is a state approved Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) education provider.
Our caregiver training goes above and well beyond state requirements. We encourage our Certified Home Health Aides to develop strong interpersonal relationships with our clients and teach them to be very good listeners and to be thoughtful and careful with every interaction. The result is happy, satisfied and loyal clients who regularly refer us to their friends and family.

Our Guarantee

Affinity Care of NJ offers its private pay clients an ironclad service guarantee: If the client does not like our caregiver or believes they have received inadequate service, we will address the concerns and immediately offer a new caregiver, while also taking up to 8 hours off the next invoice. In other words, the care for those hours is absolutely free.
